I decided to do a search on all hotels near Port Canaveral and came across this website:

There are other hotels out there that are lower priced but still look nice. They do not offer the stay and park option but it might be cheaper and less hassle to just drive to a parking garage near the port and pay to park there.
Sorry if I am confusing anyone today. Just trying to weigh all of our options and save $$ where we can!
