Passport versus birth certificate - what should you use?

For a lot of you that have traveled with us previously, you can ignore this post as this is probably old news.  I do believe there are some in this group though that do not have passports.  So I wanted to give you a link to the current information surrounding what type of documentation you need for cruising.

That link above will tell you the type of documentation you need to have on you.  It appears hat birth certificates are still accepted.

We personally all have Passports.  They cost us about $100 and last for 10 years for adults and 5 years for children under 18.  So, they seemed "worth it" to us.
